Through collaboration, compassion, and feedback, I seek to support clients so that they may confront challenges and develop new strategies for achieving their wellness goals. I work with a person's strengths so that they may experience empowerment in their journey toward healing and growth. I believe that while change is sometimes difficult, it is always possible.

My approach is holistic, appreciating the unique landscape of a person's life. I work in an integrated way, drawing from various therapeutic approaches to best suit the needs to each client. My primary counselling approach is Interpersonal and is combined with other modalities including cognitive behavioural therapy, attachment theory, and solution-focused theory. I also use the Gottman Method couples therapy in my work.
